Inside Sales/Warehouse Coordinator Job Opening in Casper, Wyoming - New Tech Global Staffing is presently looking for an Inside Sales-Warehouse Coordinator for an oil & gas client. This is a temp to perm opportunity based in Casper, Wyoming .
Responsibilities
Coordinates scheduling, processing and trafficking of sales
Enter new and update sales and purchase orders
Maintain sales inventory in warehouse
Serve as liaison between clients, outside vendors, and agency departments to coordinate efficient and timely sales processing
Maintain documentation for billing and inventory
Enter RFQ's into Sales Tracking System
Participate in meetings with the Operation and Sales teams and to ensure clarity around goals, issues, and opportunities
Assist in Shipping or Receiving, when needed
Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations
Assist in conducting physical inventories and cycle count and keep quality standards high for audits
Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment
Perform other work related tasks as assigned
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must hold 2+ years of Warehouse and sales experience
Computer skills: Inventory software, Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel
Must be able to work in an office & warehouse environment
Current forklift license preferred
Comply with Company and HSE policies and procedures
Good organizational and time management skills
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Strong written and oral English communication skills
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $16.00 to $24.00 /hour
