Sales Associate In Training Job Opening in Longmont, Colorado - The Onsite New Home Sales Associate in Training will be trained to be responsible for managing the entire sales process and communicating with the customer from the first interaction through the close of Escrow.
Education / Experience / Skills:
-Prior production home sales experience is preferred
-Associate?s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school - or one year related experience and/or training.
-Excellent organizational habits.
-Microsoft Excel/Word and computer literate.

Candidate must demand excellence of him/herself, must be willing to work hard, and is 100% customer service oriented. Sales Associate must see him or herself as a professional representative of the company that is ready to help others achieve the American Dream of owning their own home. Sales representative must be able to multi-task and prioritize work. Must work within an established sale process. Businesslike and well groomed appearance required. Must have valid driver?s license and reliable vehicle.
Responsibilities / Tasks:
Meet monthly sales goals
-Meet and Greet and qualify visitors
-Present community and homes and present overview of Richfield Homes
-Demonstrate
-Assist customers to ?select one? community, home plan, home site.
-Overcome sales objections.
-Close for the sale
-Follow up on every prospect and transaction.
-Follow through with every buyer
-Actively attain referrals and testimonials.
-Actively engage in developing Realtor relations as directed by Company Owners and managers
-Actively prospect for Buyers with local Realtor community, other businesses, and other miscellaneous prospecting activities with the goal of consistently increasing quality traffic and prospective Buyers.
-Correctly document the transactions.
-Track progress of loans, options and construction.
-Work with Design Consultants and Buyers on customer selections as requested.
-Respond to customer requests for information.
-Document any cancellations.
-Maintain lot files and sale files.
-Maintain inventory on website.
-Maintain speculative inventory on MLS
-Manage Buildtopia sales module as it relates to assigned neighborhood.
-Manage and maintain prospects and buyers in Lasso CRM
-Monitor Model Home and Sales Office for appropriate disclosures, supplies, repairs, etc.
-Inspect and help maintain models, selections center, and spec inventory for cleanliness and presentation.
-Timely communicate and report sales progress from the field to field and management staff.
-Participate in marketing activities as assigned by supervisor or company owners.
-Consistently study and pursue improvement in ?The Art of Sales?.
-Become and stay familiar with financing alternatives for Buyers and maintain relationships with Richfield?s preferred mortgage lenders.
-Positively communicate ideas for improvement and work as a team player.
-All sales activities must be conducted within prescribed company rules, procedures, and systems. If systems need to be adjusted, work with company owners to improve them prior to making exceptions to those already established.
-Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve all potential and current Buyers.
-Increase goodwill and profit of the company.
-A minimum of a five day work-week is required. Weekends are mandatory and extended hours required as necessary.
