Accounts Payable Accountant Job Duties
Reconciling and processing invoices.
Assisting in check preparation.
Preparing accounts payable related journal entries.
Preparing and analyzing AP aging reports.
Assisting in month end close process for AP department.
Respond to vendor queries regarding accounts payable and related matters.
Balance and maintain all accounts payable reports.
Set up and maintain vendor accounts, as directed.
Job Requirements
Strong Accounts Payable experience.
Proficient Microsoft Excel skills.
Bachelors Degree in Accounting preferred.
