Our company has an immediate opening for an experienced AR Coordinator. From our corporate office located in Mt. Pleasant South Carolina we support manufacturing, sales and installation functions nationwide. We are looking for an experienced, high energy, self- motivated individual with Construction billing/collections experience.
Duties for this position will include:
Prepare Schedule of Values according to contracts
Invoice customers according to Schedule of Values
Follow-up on collection
Final project close-outs
General project accounting duties
AR for manufacturing sales
The successful candidate should have:
1 to 5 years of Accounts Receivable experience
Will consider new graduates with accounting degree
Knowledge of Timberline software a plus
High attention to detail proven by low error ratio
