POSITION SUMMARY: To assist the payroll and HR department.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor and verify accurate time keeping in accordance with company policies.
Assist in completing new hire paperwork and administration of new employees.
Complete verifications of employment.
Help complete payroll processing.
Act as a backup cashier.
Daily filing for payroll and HR office.
Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be 18 years of age
High School Diploma/GED
Experience in payroll/accounting preferred
Associate?s degree in accounting or related field preferred

Computer Skills (Microsoft Office ? Proficiency in Excel highly desired)

Must be able to read, speak, and write in English to be able to communicate with customers, coworkers, and supervisor.
