We can ensure the quality of our medicine from seed, through curing and packaging, to our patients' hands in our stores, as we grow all the cannabis we sell in our dedicated cultivation facility.

Responsibilities:
Have strong attention to detail, organizational skills and time management abilities
Provide top notch customer service
Provide educational regarding medical cannabis strains, applications, effects, and methods of delivery that best fit their medical needs
Collect and process required patient documents and information, and perform detailed verification while maintaining client confidentiality
Record transactions accurately in MJ Freeway and ensure accuracy in cash handling
Accurately report patients? purchases in ADHS
Practice ongoing education- increase your working knowledge of medical cannabis, and continually hone your ability to explain and recommend treatment procedures and product uses
Demonstrate computer literacy (MS Office, POS software, etc.)
Have strong written and verbal communication skill
Update product/special menus as needed
Maintain the professional appearance of the medicine room and participate in basic store clean-up
Maintain neatness, organization, and overall cleanliness of the entire back-of-the-house (register and merchandise displays, etc.)
Requirements:
Minimum 21 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent acquired
2 years of retail and/or customer facing experience
Cash handling experience
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to pass a background check (no felony convictions)
Flexible schedule: weekend, evening, and holiday shifts
Strong work ethic with team player mentality and positive, can-do attitude.
Qualified candidates will be dependable, organized, motivated and passionate about their work.
Be professional, out-going, and caring with a friendly and positive attitude.
Working knowledge of cannabis products as well as all current rules regulating retail and medical marijuana are preferred
High levels of integrity and dependability
