Answers company phones (must have top notch customer service skills); conducts referral intake; processes and enters referrals into computer system; obtains and tracks insurance auth/reauth; enters physician orders, filing and faxing. Candidates with experience in obtaining auth/reauth with insurance companies preferred . Other duties as assigned.
Skills/ Requirements: * Previous experience in the healthcare environment, preferably home health.* Prefer candidates with insurance auth/reauth experience ; Excellent customer service and commnication skills* excellent computer skills, time management and organizational skills and ability to multi-task is essential* Self-directed, passion and committment and able to solve problems independently, as appropriate
