HR Administrator Job Opening in Norman, Oklahoma - Description
Human Resources Administration
As a Human Resources Administrator with Top of the World you will be responsible for assisting the Human Resources Director with numerous essential functions of the department. These functions including assisting in auditing timesheets for payroll upload biweekly, maintaining the employee database, scanning employee files and sorting these on the computer, assisting with employee event functions, communicating with all employees on a daily basis to assist with meeting the payroll, benefits and other needs of each employee. Candidate must be proficient on the computer in particular with Microsoft word, excel, have strong communication skills via email as well as be able to navigate the internet and work in a variety of databases and have a very strong attention to detail. This position requires a high level of confidentiality and would require the upmost level of discretion in regards to all employee and company information. The candidate should have a high level of people skills and be willing to assist other employees.
Finally, the Top of the World Human Resources Assistant will also focus on providing support for the Human Resources Director in all aspects of assisting the Top of the World staff with their employee benefits and needs of the company to fulfill its requirements as an employer.
Key Duties
Prepare material for monthly company meetings
Assist with Work Comp claims & accident investigations
Onboarding of new employees
timekeeping & payroll updates
running reports
file scanning
employee engagement & activities
assist in administering employee benefits
community involvement and administrative assistance of donation committee
assist the HR team and local director with any projects or duties

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Strong communication skills.
2. Working knowledge of all Microsoft applications.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE :
We are looking for someone who is currently in an HR related degree program or who has completed such a program. Experience in Paycom is plus but not required.

We are currently under new construction plans on our current property and HR offices will be moved during that time but will stay on site.
