The job location is in Guthrie, OK
Pay rate is 18.00 to 20.00 D.O.E.
Must have high volume recruiting- manufacturing and industrial experience
Experience with working with Excel and great organization skills
Summary: Assist Corporate Recruiting in sourcing and recruiting candidates. Screen candidates effectively per requisition requirements. Work collaboratively with local HR and Hiring Managers to effectively fill their staffing requirements. Work with Hiring Managers to schedule candidate interviews. Able to recruit all levels of professional positions including engineering, management, finance and accounting positions, and also hourly manufacturing positions. Previous experience using online recruiting strategies, posting positions and resume searches.

Skills/Knowledge Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize, organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
