Corporate Webmaster Job Opening in Mansfield, Massachusetts - TriMark USA, LLC. is one of the country?s largest providers of design services, equipment and supplies to the foodservice industry. We work closely with our customers, which include national restaurant chains, independent restaurant operators, healthcare facilities, entertainment venues, and many other segments, to provide the products and services that will help them operate more efficiently and realize better bottom line results.
TriMark USA is looking for an energetic and highly motivated person to fill the new role of Corporate Webmaster. The Corporate Webmaster is responsible for day to day website maintenance, site performance/page rendering speed/platform security, development of digital strategies to advance the user experience and implementation of platform functions and features. This person will regularly test and audit web pages, perform ongoing Search Engine Optimization and handle and resolve reported technical glitches and issues.
The Webmaster will be part of the Ecommerce Team responsible for developing and designing new TriMark websites and serving as the point of contact for the Web Development Team.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Oversee the online flows (customer experience paths, navigation, order processing) and performance funnel (metrics)
Collaborate with Marketing Team for development of web-based content, graphics, animation and design elements
Manage Search Engine Optimization, Meta, Header Tags, Alt Tags and other critical code requirements
Design and develop front-end and back-end solutions
Serve as the point of contact for Web Development Team
Manage site functionality and user experience on all digital platforms and mobile properties
Responsible for digital platform analysis, planning, testing and enhancements
Lead measurement and reporting on key performance indicators and provide actionable data to key stakeholders to inform decisions to improve the business.
Manage the update, edits or changes in content and images
Cross functional duties related to creating campaigns, web pages, digital features, animations, interactive experiences and branding tactics to drive traffic and desired actions
Work with IT, ecommerce platform team members and Ecommerce Marketing and Digital Manager to set road map and execute site optimizations, enhancements and new functionality.
Monitor site performance and identify any issues and make improvements that impact sales and customer satisfaction.
Competencies, Skills and Abilities
Strong understanding of digital platforms
Advanced HTML, CSS, JavaScript, API, CMS and network systems knowledge and capabilities
Experience creating web-based content, brand messaging and campaigns
Familiarity with the latest ecommerce trends, best practices and methodologies
Previous experience with development of SEO, content , and content development, distribution and measurement
Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks/projects while meeting established deadlines
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to multi-task at a high level in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite; particularly Word and Excel
Meticulous attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently or as an integral part of a team
Education & Experience
Bachelor?s degree in Business, Marketing or other related field
2 or more years of prior professional experience in ecommerce operations
Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator experience preferred, but not required
