Manager of Analytics and Insights Job Opening in Boston, Massachusetts - Role Description:
We are seeking a highly intelligent, creative, and experienced professional who can help design, execute, and defend analysis of the impact of an innovative software technology. This team member will be customer facing, but will also collaborate closely with with our data science experts to maximize effectiveness of studying our unique behavioral models and our product experts to understand user adoption.
Responsibilities:
Implement analysis plans for proof of concept tests and data-driven product development.
Maintain relationships with client analytics partners to ensure effective exchange of information and context
Produce weekly reports to deliver timely insights and monitoring to customers
Educate internal and external parties on insights in weekly reports
Optimize standard reporting processes to reduce effort and improve stability
Develop new visuals to enhance reporting and analysis solutions; work to understand effectiveness and satisfaction with different visuals
Identify opportunities to better measure and study user behavior; work with product teams to implement
Skills:
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to effectively multi-task across simultaneous programs.
Comfort with fast-paced, entrepreneurial work environments and a hunger for startup growth.
Knowledge of statistical software and databases such as R, Python, MySQL & familiar with API?s, protocols, and standards including but not limited to: Tableau, SQL Server, ODBC, ETL tools, Salesforce, and UNIX.
Technically proficient with MS Office.
Demonstrated ability to work independently through day-to-day, hands-on processes.
Continuously collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure a successful customer journey.
Requirements:
Bachelor?s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of industry experience.
Must have experience with leading and executing complex analytical projects.
Experience analyzing behavioral data such as healthcare outcomes or user behavior.
Experience analyzing calls or human interactions a plus.
Previous experience in financial services or healthcare is a plus.
Previous start-up experience a plus.
