Job Duties:
Welcoming customers and listening to their needs
Prospecting through referrals and other creative approaches
Using a consultative selling process to match the best vehicle to the Customer needs
Creating a great vehicle delivery experience for the Customer
Following up with Customers to ensure satisfaction
Gaining superior product knowledge to effectively help Customers
Job Requirements :
Automotive sales experience is required. We are looking for candidates with good people skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to customer service. We would like you to be part of our future growth!
Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships
Keep abreast of incoming inventory, features, accessories
Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to ask for the sale and follow through!
Valid U.S. Driver's license and good driving record
Must pass pre-employment testing
