Sales Consultant Job Opening in Charlotte, North carolina - Sales Consultant
We are seeking an experienced sales consultant to join our winning team. Our ideal candidate is a result-driven individual with the ability to thrive in a competitive, team-based environment. You must have experience in automotive sales with a proven record of success. Knowledge of internet sales and customer relationship management software a plus. 4-year degree preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities:
Build and foster long-term customer relationships
Work as primary point of contact for customer base, assisting with all current and future customer purchasing needs and automotive questions
Utilize our proven sales processes to meet monthly team and personal sales goals
Coordinate with service and parts department, body shop, finance department, and admin office to ensure customer needs are met
Achieve and maintain sales certifications, including working knowledge of Ford, finance, lease and insurance programs
Assist in maintenance of customer database
Use CRM tool to follow up with current, prospective and past customers to ensure positive experience
Identify and work to improve upon areas of opportunity
Requirements:
Automotive sales experience
Strong work ethic and professional appearance
Upbeat, friendly demeanor and positive attitude
Goal oriented personality with a desire to succeed
Understanding of basic phone and email etiquette
