This role breaks down into 3 buckets:
Sales- Being in a competitive B2B environment means we can offer our customers the solutions, support, and service for their everyday needs. You need to be able to sell yourself, SES, and the value we add to the customer?s business.
Relationship Building- To be a successful sales person, the ability to build relationships with new and existing customers is very important. Listening and asking the right questions is the key to sales. Getting to know who the customer is and what their business is about, before trying to sell them any product, will give you the ability to gain their trust, which will in turn, give you the opportunity to understand what they will need from SES.
Customer Service - There is nothing we value more at SES than delivering great customer service. Just like our employees, we treat customers like family. In this role, your greatest priority will be to help customers grow their business, which will then, in turn, help to grow ours. You?ll be working with all size companies: from startups to small/ mid-sized businesses all the way to National Accounts.
