Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for selling inspection and service contracts in the commercial real estate market. The sales process includes prospecting, proposing, and selling of all services in the fire alarm, access, and video markets. A combination of building upon existing sales opportunities and referrals along with new market development are required.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor?s Degree or commensurate experience in a similar business discipline. Demonstrated sales experience to medium-large scale commercial properties with strong presentation and negotiation abilities and effective interaction with customers and company management. Applicants must be organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Salary/Benefits:
Mitec offers a salary plus highly rewarding commission plan. Car allowance is also included.
