Accounting Manager Job Opening in Salt Lake City, Utah - Swarts, Manning and Associates with locations in Nevada, California, and Utah is expanding the accounting department and is seeking applicants for a full time Accounting Bookkeeper. Applicants should be able to demonstrate the ability to identify issues and apply correct accounting principles.
Responsibilities will include:
Developing and maintaining all internal controls and financial policies and procedures
Preparation of year-end financial statements and tax documents for CPA
Bank Reconciliation
Accounts Receivable
Accounts Payable
Transfers & Payment Processing
Payroll
Qualifications needed:
At least 5 years of accounting experience
Experience in Microsoft Office and Excel
Ability to juggle multiple projects at once
Preferred experience:
Experience in the Insurance Field
Experience in AMS 360
Salary depending on experience
