Accounting H/R Job Opening in Logan, Utah - Accountant/HR
Mt Sterling Management has a full time Accountant and HR position available in our corporate office.
Accounting duties to include but not limited to:
-Payroll and associated payroll tax reports.
-Intercompany billing
-Full charge accounting for the management company and possibly 1 venture company, A/P, A/R, fixed assets, Insurance, month end and year end financials
HR duties to include but not limited to:
- Recruiting, screening, on boarding of new employees,
- Compliance with all labor laws
-Administration of benefits
-Company HR policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Must be well organized, have strong math and computer skills, detail oriented and have great communication skills.
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
-Ability to compile, read and evaluate financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow)
-Understanding of payroll and payroll tax reporting
-Minimum 5 years experience
-B.S. in Accounting
