The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
Recruit, hire, and train a strong team.
Responsible for building and maintaining a winning culture within the store and the community.
Create and execute in-store and marketing schedules.
Uphold company policies while setting an example to follow.
Identifies current and future customer needs by building relationships with potential and actual customers.
Maintaining inventories.
Maintains a safe and clean store environment.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge of our products, programs, and procedures.
Contributes to team effort by setting standards and leading from the front.
Delivers World Class Customer Service.
Participate in finding, scheduling, and attending marketing events.
