Retail Sales Associate Job Opening in Bismarck, North dakota - The sales associate (full or part-time) is responsible for assisting and supporting the overall operation of the Kirkwood Mall store including but not limited to the following:
Provide quality customer service including greeting the customer and answering questions.
Learn opening and closing procedures including daily clock-in and clock-out procedure.
Making sure the closing paperwork is completed with the highest degree of accuracy.
Ensure the nightly deposit is prepared, put in the bank each night, and change orders are picked up prior to opening each morning.
Put out weekly product shipments by the end of the working day.
Overall neatness and organized appearance of the store including cleanliness of bathrooms, break room and back storage room.
Other Responsibilities
Creates a fun working and shopping environment in the store. (You may dress in costume while at work.)
Serves as a role model for other employees encouraging them to achieve sales goals while having fun and displaying a high degree of work ethic.
Has the highest integrity in day to day operations.
Participates in any general staff meetings hosted by the store manager or territory managers.
Sets a good example to other employees by being on time to work each day.
