Learn from our top trainers with daily mentoring from the CEO.
Complete our initial 3-6 week entry level training guide.
Included: Weekly consistency reviews & progress reports.

Jr. Loan Officer:
Learn how to close and write your own loans.
This phase highlights the initial training and development of others.
Included: Running daily training classes based on diagnosing strengths and weakness'.
Increased competitive commissions.
Sr. Loan Officer:
Learn how to manage 5+ trainees and drive standards among a team.
This phase focuses' on how to manage and hit client results in one target area.
Team unity, managerial responsibilities, and working one on one with the CEO.
