The New Home Sales Associate is responsible for executing the business to consumer side of the New Home Sales Advisor position until a market opportunity is available and the Associate is ready to own his or her own market. The New Home Sales Associate owns the processing of all clients from sale to close. The New Home Sales Associate drives results in the areas of Sales Process, Referrals, Franchise Management, and Customer Service. The New Home Sales Associate plays an important role in helping maintain a positive community and model appearance and to ensure the communities are retail ready at all times.

Responsibilities

Pursues and persuades prospects to build a True Home through executing the True Sales Process with each prospect

Demonstrates skills and knowledge of financing programs, pre-qualification, product program, and construction disciplines

Executes the follow up process with each prospect with cards and files appropriate communications

Inspects the communities, models, and signage to ensure a True environment

Completes inspection reports and submits weekly

Registers all traffic daily and submits traffic reports weekly

Engages all customers immediately upon entering the sales office

Maintains continuous and open communication with clients and returns and documents phone calls in a timely manner

Demonstrates Five Star Customer Service

Performs other duties as needed or required

Qualifi :
High School Diploma or GED required

Bachelor?s degree in a related field preferred

One or more years of quota bearing sales experience

Appropriate license or certification as required by the state

Formal sales training, (B2B) sales, broker, and leadership experience preferred

Ability to work weekends when motivated clients are in the market (with 2 days off back-to-back during the week)

Strong professional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Sharing your sales success story with us by quantifying how you are rated within the top 10% of your peers

Valid driver?s license and reliable personal transportation for regular local travel required

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
