Camden Roofing & Construction is a North Carolina based Roofing & Restoration company specializing in the repair of property affected by severe weather. We are a local licensed and insured General Contractor with an A+ Rating with the BBB. We are a Platinum Preferred Contractor with Owens Corning. Camden Roofing & Construction LLC, is expanding into the Raleigh and surrounding areas and is seeking an Area Sales Manager.
Qualifications include:
Proven and verifiable sales record
Minimum of five (5) years of Sales Management
History with at least two years in the roofing industry
Hire and train sales staff to achieve maximum productivity, while adhering to company culture and commitment to excellence
Strong Communication and Written skills are required
Experience with leading, training and motivating Sales Team
Experience with settings budgets and reaching sales goals
Excellent Customer service skills
Assist in Accounts Receivables
Oversee production in the field (climbing roofs will be necessary)
Identify and implement effective lead generation techniques
Proficient with Word, Excel, Gmail, and a CRM
Requirements:

At least (5) years experience in Construction Management
Background Check
Able to work in the US for any employer
High school diploma or equivalent
Bilingual or Multilingual a plus, but not necessary
