We are a team of creative, entrepreneurial researchers focused on bringing the tools of design, management consulting, and innovation consulting to our research. Our mission is to elevate the market research profession beyond just delivering reports and PowerPoint bullets, allowing researchers to actually enable business action. At Vital Findings, our work doesn�t end with the final report. We enable our clients to put research into action, turning our findings and recommendations into mock-ups, prototypes, business plans, and inforgraphics that give our client partners a head-start in bringing new ideas to market. We put market research at the center of the innovation process, turning it into a catalyst for new ideas and solutions, not just measurement tools. We firmly believe that in order for market research to be truly vital to business, findings must both identify consumer needs as well as proposed solutions, with visible, tangible and easily-evangelized research solutions. VF currently has the following position available: Office Manager: Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Office Manager plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the firm. The primary role of this position is to make it possible for other people to function efficiently. This includes acting as a liaison within the company and interacting with outsiders for the benefit of the organization. An effective Office Manager must be able to perform under pressure and interact well with other people.
