Director of Finance Job Opening in Hartford, Connecticut - The Director of Finance will be responsible for the coordination and execution of all business plans that directly affect the hospital and its affiliates. Reporting directly to the SVP of Finance, the Director of Finance will be a critical partner and primary liaison for all financial administrative activities.
Control financial responsibility fir the development of key financial projects
Collaborate with multiple business partners for assessing and addressing financial and operation issues
Work along side the SVP of Finance to develop financial goals for the hospital and its affiliates
Lead the forecasting for strategic planning and analysis
Responsible for ensuring that all financial and operations goals are developed, monitored, measured and reported to key financial and operational stakeholders within the organization
Experience:
Must have 7 to 10 years experience within healthcare finance, budget, and or accounting
Must have progressive experience in responsibility and accountability, leadership, supervision and project management
Ability to lead groups and work on numerous projects simultaneously
Education:
Must have a BA or BS in accounting, business or finance
Master's degree preferred
