Position Description
Must HAVE CURRENT HEALTHCARE experience. Mandatory.
Desired Experience: 7+ years of experience in Systems Analyst role.
Accountabilities and skill set:
Excellent communication skills ? Verbal and Written.
Expertise in Healthcare System Analysis and especially in Banking domain, Eligibility, Structure and ID cards domain.
Experience with Waterfall and Agile Methodologies.
Conducting the requirement sessions, meetings with different stakeholders.
Preparing and maintaining the different artifacts during the project life cycle ? FSDs etc.
Represents the interdependencies between customer requirements and between multiple, or diverse business processes in order to develop effective business requirements
Represents the interdependencies between system functionality and associated business processes in order to develop effective system solutions
Responsibilities
Ensures traceability of all customer, business and functional requirements, represents business priority and supports project through all SDLC phases
Accountable for continuous improvement related to requirements best practices, methodologies, and quality of business and functional requirements developed
Partners with other roles within all Business Operations and IT ASGs to ensure excellent business relationships are built and maintained
Understands and supports the correlation between the business process, functional solution and data.
Reviewing design and test scripts to see if it matches requirements.
Experience using the Mainframe , DB2 Tools.
