Purchaser / Inventory Control / Schedule Keeper Job Opening in Osceola, Wisconsin - Mark-It Graphics, a fast paced, premier POP Graphics Supplier in Osceola, WI, is currently accepting applications for an experienced Purchaser / Inventory Assistant / Schedule Keeper.
Duties will include ordering in raw materials as needed by production in a timely manner, working closely with production and suppliers on needs and quickly responding to those needs, entering new jobs onto the schedule using an existing Excel spreadsheet, removing old jobs when complete, printing daily reports, attending morning and afternoon production meetings, working closely with the Plant Manager to ensure production goals are not jeopardized due to a lack of raw materials, and assisting with live inventory management and accounting.
We are looking for a positive, results oriented, qualified individual to join our team. The ideal candidate would be flexible to the needs of the day and would possess office skills -working with office staff and data entry - Excel, Word, Outlook, and would possess production floor skills as well - graphic installation experience would be a big plus, material handling / forklift operating would be an ideal fit for occasional inventory help, but we will train the right individual in any of these areas.
