Credit Analyst Job Opening in Windsor, Wisconsin - This position is primarily responsible for working with the Sr. Loan Operations Officer to prepare detailed and accurate loan presentations which will assist in the approval and underwriting of commercial loans.
Performance Dimensions
Conducts credit analysis including gathering, analyzing and interpreting all types of credit information on existing and prospective customers and portfolios
Monitors customer accounts and loan portfolios in order to maximize credit quality and minimize risk and potential loss
Assists in the preparation of credit presentations for lending decisions on new loan requests, loan renewals, and extensions
Participates in the maintenance of an Enterprise Risk Management program that includes, but is not limited to, loan and appraisal review
Monitors overall portfolio and prepares related correspondence; review includes, but is not limited to, analysis of credit concentrations, sector risks, and profitability trends
Performs routine audits in conjunction with the Compliance Officer to insure compliance of entire portfolio (commercial & consumer loans); assists in development of departmental processes and procedures
Back up loan operations with documentation as needed

Required Skills and Experience
Previous banking experience, particularly related to commercial lending/credit analysis
Strong knowledge of cash flow, credit and collateral analysis preferred
Bachelor?s Degree preferred
Competence with MS Office products and general office equipment
Previous experience with FISERV related systems preferred, but not required
Thorough knowledge of economics, accounting, and finance
Excellent verbal and written skills
Strong attention to detail
Position Description This position has frequent contact with the loan officers/ lending staff, occasional contact with board of directors, outside vendors, customers, and regulators. This position will regularly have access to confidential customer information, and infrequent access to cash. This position reports to the Senior Loan Operations Officer, who will coordinate assignments from various areas of the bank.
Work Conditions Tasks are performed primarily in an office setting and require the ability to sit for prolonged periods of time. Prolonged visual concentration at a computer monitor can be expected. Employee must be able to lift up to 25 pounds on an infrequent basis. Full Time employees will generally work 38-40 hours each week.
