DOOR-TO-DOOR SALES Job Opening in Los Angeles, California - Overview:
As a Door to Door Outside Sales Assistant, one must be capable of working independently to market products and services to communities, property managers, and property owners. To be successful in this position, one needs to be highly motivated, confident, a self-starter, and exude strong time management skills. This person will conduct door-to-door activities to engage consumers and increase property penetration rates by driving sales of products and services.
Responsibilities:
Achieve weekly and monthly sales goals by distributing flyers and door knocking at assigned units.
Establish clear communication between the client and prospects.
Administrative duties will include event recapping, finance management, and product inventory.
Meet and exceed weekly sales goals set by client.
Communicate and work with management to assist the sales teams with sales goal achievement.
Maintain relationships with property managers/owners, event contacts, team members and internal staff.
Qualifications:
Full time availability (will include some nights and weekends as needed)
Prior sales experience in related fields such as real estate, outside sales, B2B Telecom,B2C Telecom
Possess a strong work ethic, requires little supervision
Solid organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
Reliable form of transportation (commuting/some travel is required)
Bilingual is a plus
All Candidates are subject to a pre-employment background screening and drug testing upon offer acceptance
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $60,000.00 to $100,000.00 /year
