Responsible for achieving the sales targets of the organization through effective planning.
Generating revenue for the organization by conduction ATL and BTL activites
Mapping potential customers and generating leads for the organization..
Maintain client information in database for future follow-up.
Provide guidance and assist buyers in purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
Intermediate negotiation processes, prices, legal requirements and related matters to their benefit and ensure a fair and honest dealing
Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practice.
Report on sales activities to top management
Responsible for brand promotion
Preferably Indian origin required and also knowledge of Hindi and other local language is a plus
.
