About the Job
Requires outstanding telephone and written communication skills. Ability to understand our services, target prospective clients, and execute programs to grow our business. Requires advanced understanding of outgoing sales initiatives and interactive marketing, including, but not limited search engine marketing, online lead generation, social media marketing, etc.
Responsibilities & Duties
Gain product/service knowledge and effectively promote
Grow revenue base from warm leads and by identifying and closing new business from inbound leads, cold calling, and up-sells
Communicate clearly and with confidence
Opportunities to travel, meet and close potential clients.
Build relationships with targeted leads and convert them into clients
Pursue leads effectively, track progress using CRM tools, and initiate strategic follow-up methods
Closing skills, using a sense of urgency, must know how to overcome objections
Deploy online marketing initiatives that promote Cool 's services and attract new clients
Analyze campaign performance and provide ideas to increase leads/conversions
Identify new opportunities and campaigns for continued business growth

Strong and effective written and verbal communication skills

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary compensation of $2,000 - $2,400
PLUS Lucrative sales commissions of $625 - $5,000
PLUS Performance based bonuses
PLUS Multi-tiered bonus structure
