THE SUPPORT: You will receive the support of our office and team of assistants. We also have one of the most robust CRM and outbound prospecting systems in the industry. Unlike most real estate agents, who work all by themselves, we believe in a true team model with specialists who each have a specific role to play in the process of selling a home. Our Administrative staff handles the details which will free you to focus on the prequalified leads that we will supply as well as the appointments we will set. We pay for the advertising, the support staff, and the latest technology. YOU SHOW UP AND SELL and HELP PEOPLE with the American Dream of Home Ownership!
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU: A resume needs to be submitted in order to be considered for the position.

You will be selling 2 homes a month within 90 days if your follow our program. Every week we will help you set goals and take action. It is that simple. Set goals, take action. You get all the tools that make you successful - leads, training, and mentorship from Kenny Truong and Climb Real Estate. New agents at Climb Real Estate are earning $80,000 plus annually. Experienced agents are over six figures.
YOUR PROMISE TO US: The Onboarding Process will require a full time commitment. You will attend weekly time blocked sessions to learn our systems and understand our tools. At each of the classes you will learn new skills and techniques. Then you will develop an action plan and implement these actions before the next meeting. As your coach, we will hold you accountable. We know you can do better than the average agent!

REQUIREMENTS: An active CA State Real Estate License, or currently enrolled in classes.
Responsibilities:
Master all aspects of the sales process!
Deliver a world class client experience!
Create raving fans to maximize the lifetime value of our clients!
Focus on new business development every day!
Meet with clients and help them find their dream home
Write contract and negotiate on clients' behalf
Participate in open houses, networking activities and MLS to enhance your sales; Present purchase offers to sellers.
Qualifications:
Coachable, accountable, and love a team structure
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task
Reliable transportation
Hold, or actively working to acquire, a real estate license. (We can help you get one.)
Outstanding customer service skills a must.
Minimal admin and clerical skills needed to manage files and records (support provided in this area).
Must have basic computer skills.
Prospective agents must be high-school graduates and at least 18 years of age.
Phone sales/prospecting skills a plus (not required).
Real estate industry experience a plus (not required).
Possession of sales and marketing skills in order to sell effectively. (Company is willing to train and build on whatever sales and marketing skills you have, if the drive and attitude are there.)
Compensation: $100,000+ at plan commission
