The Institute for Behavioral Training (IBT) is advertising for an immediate opening for an entry level Inside Sales Representative for our office in Spartanburg, SC. This resourceful self-starter will be very organized, a successful planner and very disciplined with follow-up and follow-through. Appropriate candidates should be aggressive and motivated and should be able to compose well written and professional emails, communicate clearly and willing to follow-up with current and new customers on the phone. The IBT Inside Sales Representative will interact directly with current customers and potential clients in an attempt to grow business, make new sales, and find new customers. IBT will provide training on all of our products, the types of customers that we are looking for, and all of the appropriate business training to make sales, follow up with customers, and grow our business. Candidates must be able to learn quickly, contribute to the team, and take ownership of time management; mastering knowledge of the product and then maintaining performance is essential in this role.
Organization
IBT opened in 2013 to provide 360 degrees of Applied Behavior Analytic training to anyone whose life is impacted by autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Our main offerings are eLearning products for parents, professionals, teachers, direct care staff, sitters, and first responders. However, IBT clinicians are well known for their face-to-face trainings and conferences and corporate sponsored events. While the healthcare industry has historically been our main focus, IBT sells into many other industries as well; including education, hospitality, retail, and many more.
Qualifications

Position Requirements
High school diploma or GED required, BS/BA preferred
Results focused, competitive, and self-motivated attitude
Attention to detail amidst multiple priorities, time management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating the ability to connect quickly with many different types of people
Ambitious with potential and desire to grow within the organization
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
Must have reliable transportation
Compensation and Benefits
Salary and or hourly rate is based on Commission plan provided during the interview process
