Reporting to the President and working in very close collaboration with our Leadership Team, you will be the:
Consumer Experience Conscious of our Firm;
Consumer Engagement Marketing Strategist and Leader;
Reporting Guru and all things Measurement of our Engagements; and
Leadership and Operations Manager of Marketing and Concierge Team.
To be successful in this role, you should have/be:
At least 5 years experience in consumer services/products industry and/or consumer experience and marketing
Demonstrable record of successfully developing highly effective B2C consumer engagement communications and marketing strategy
Ability to develop marketing strategies for a variety of consumer market segments
A passion for creating best in class consumer experiences that are impactful and engaging
Positive, self-starter with the drive to constantly improve and enhance participant and client experience
Ability to build and manage a team with creative and analytical skills
Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, growing company
Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite of products, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Basic knowledge of InDesign, Adobe and other design solutions
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
