During the summer, you would work with us in the Excelerate West Loop office which is guaranteed to be an exciting, fast-paced environment with nine other promising startups. BuzzReferrals is looking for a smart, core group of enthusiastic, eager, and active people who can thrive in the startup environment. Our developers need to be people who are fun to be around and interested in the newest developments in social media. This position will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of our groundbreaking SAAS web platform. The web application is written using a combination of C#, MS SQL, HTML, XML, jQuery, and AJAX. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS � Familiarity with standard application design and development procedures, preferable Agile development � Produce quality source code in a timely manner � Clear written communication and strong interpersonal communication skills � Advanced problem solving skills including analysis and debugging � Knowledge, and ability to apply, application standards such as HTML, XHTML, CSS, and XML.
