National Account Sales Director Job Opening in Piscataway, New jersey - Role Description ? National Account Sales Director (NJ/PA)
Salary: To $100K + Bonus/Commission, Includes Monthly Car Allowance
Reports To: Executive Vice President
Purpose: Establishes and maintains relationships with major key accounts, exceeding client?s expectations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in prospective and existing major accounts.
Coordinates the involvement of company departments and management resources in order to meet account performance objectives and expectations.
Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.
Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
Leads solution development efforts that best support client?s needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
Continuously bring innovative solutions and ideas to the client that drive value.
Maintain a high degree of professionalism, communication, cooperation and coordination with multiple internal departments.
Create and deliver presentations to various groups within the client?s organization as required.
Act as technical representative to the customer.
Maintain up-to-date awareness of company activities, industry trends & government regulations.
Education: BA/BS Degree in a relative discipline with 5+ years of sales experience with key accounts.
Knowledge, skills and abilities:
A love and passion for selling and commitment in a high performing sales organization.
A self-starter with experience in establishing and building strong long-term relationships.
Enjoy and thrive working in a no-excuse, highly accountable environment with other similarly motivated individuals.
Strong analytical, problem solving, decision making and negotiation skills.
Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent time management, organization and communications skills; oral and written.
Proficiency in the use of Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and the Internet.
