Job Description:
-Source and qualify physician candidates and jobs through a variety of channels including cold calling, social media, website postings, trade show leads, marketing and others.
-Engage physician candidates over phone to discuss open positions
-Effectively match providers with specifics and contract negotiations
-Create and maintain relationships with industry leading to long-term relationships
-Communicate and report to the team by providing regular status updates
-Effectively manage projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
?Requirements: Bachelors Degree
Minimum 1 year of sales experience Extensive knowledge of Microsoft products: Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT
