Sales/Customer Service Representative Job Opening in Mount Clemens, Michigan - Sales Purpose- Part of providing exceptional service to our customers is to ensure their insurance needs are being met. It is our intention to meet customer needs by marketing and selling State Farm Products.
Experience- License in P/C preferred but not required, Experience in Customer service and sales desirable . Knowledge of personal lines of insurance products desirable.
Skills/Abilities- Strong Listening skills, oral and written communications skills.
Initiative and Self Reliance, problem solver . Ability to pay close attention to detail and accuracy.
proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and Ethical behavior.
Successfully complete all company, State and Federal requirements (Licenses) to sell and service designated State farm products and continue to be licensed in good standings is required.
Responsibilities- Contact prospects and current policyholders for appointments,
provide quotes for customers. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Agent.
