They will bring a broad range of experiences working within large-scale organizations with specific knowledge working with digital technologies and processes at and Responsibilities: As an Enterprise Agile Coach, you will bring your skills and acquired clout in agile and lean disciplines to teach, coach, and mentor software development teams, and organizations surrounding teams, to produce highly sought after innovating products at a predictable and sustainable pace. While you will work directly with teams to get them practicing agile well, your coaching influence will reach beyond the processes and into a team?s ecstatic pursuit of high performance and purpose-driven motives. You will become a motivating influence who creates a path for teams, individuals, and organizational leadership to follow through real world experience, expertise, and vision for elevating the organization?s 'll be a trusted member of our team with the following responsibilities: - Evaluate, educate, and progress our team?s agile practices through educational opportunities and hands on coaching - Function as a change agent and evangelist to influence the adoption of agile mindset and practice - Provide specific expert guidance and coaching in areas of specialty, e.g. engineering practices, product ownership, Scrum Master, Scrum framework, SAFe, scaling techniques, etc. - Partner with Product Managers, stakeholders, and Engineering leadership to elevate our ability to build and maintain a digital roadmap with a sustainable delivery cadence and meaningful metrics- Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership to establish consistent metrics and KPIs for measuring progress and effectiveness at team, product and organizational levels- Mentor teams, individuals, and leadership beyond the agile processes, educating them on how to think with an agile mindset, discovering fresh practices, innovating new ways to collaborate, and to ?be? agile - Create an environment that meaningfully values and promotes autonomy, skill mastery, empowerment, transparency, innovation. and learning
