Office Admin Position Job Opening in los angeles, California - Office Admin Position Mid-sized Screen Printing Company needing an office admin person. Duties/ Responsibilities include: - Answering the phone - General admin paperwork - Building rapport with customers and suppliers - Writing up customer estimates - Customer service - Follow-up with customers and internal cross-functional teams (bookkeeper, art dept. and production) - Coordinate shipping & receiving with production manager - Opening and distributing daily mail - Maintain inventory lists and coordinate reorder of office & facility supplies - Generate invoices in QuickBooks - Create/ write systems (save electronically and print physical copy for binder) - Daily filing - Projects assigned at will by owner Looking for a sharp, self-starter who can work independently but be a team player, and who is comfortable making decisions when necessary. Need to be proficient in Microsoft: Outlook, Word & Excel. ** QuickBooks or general accounting experience is a plus for the invoicing and estimating aspect of the job.
