Our students are adults looking to gain the skills and certification needed to start their career as a medical assistant. We are looking for committed, knowledgeable, motivational instructors who will enable our students� career success. Job Duties: * Teach both clinical skills and theory as outlined in the curriculum * Manage a classroom of up to 30 students * Respond to and help students with concerns that affect academic progress * Assist in on-going review and development of curriculum * Attend staff meetings and faculty orientations as scheduled * Submit student attendance, grades, and records in a timely manner * Create energetic and vibrant classroom environment Requirements: Minimum Requirements: * Minimum 3 years work experience in Medical Assisting or a related field * Teaching experience in Medical Assisting or a related field Additional Qualities: * Medical Assistant Certification preferred We offer: * Benefits (for full-time only) Schedule: Full-time, part-time and substitute positions available. Candidates can choose from morning, afternoon or evening shifts (8am-12pm, 1pm-5pm, or 6pm-10pm). Weekend shifts also available.
