Customer Service Representative Job Opening in Reno, Nevada - Position Description: This Scheduling Agent is responsible for establishing a relationship with the assigned provider offices that will allow for our Field Technicians to retrieve medical charts.
Primary Duties:
Scheduling Field Technicians for required chart review scanning.
Overcome provider objections in an effort to schedule chart retrievals.
Building relationships with Provider Offices to ensure service level agreement are met.
Follow-up on initial contacts.
Accurate record keeping and data management.
Maintain an excel spreadsheet of daily work.
Adhere to daily and weekly call goals.
Qualifications and Skillsets:
Telephone skills including the ability to speak clearly with a pleasant and professional tone.
Able to follow a call script.
Computer skills including Windows based applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrate accuracy and attention detail.
Able to problem solve and independently resolve complex issues or problems.
Excellent organizational skills.Â
