We are currently seeking License Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or a License Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT) for immediate hire. The ideal candidate must possess: Solid clinical treatment, assessment, diagnostic and evaluation skills. Experience providing brief treatment to the adult populations (individual and group treatment). Experience working with mental health, intellectual disabilities, substance abuse problems and chronically ill individuals. Knowledge of principles, techniques and trends in counseling, psychotherapy, clinical case management, crisis management as well as evidence-based practices. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing. Solid and timely documentation skills: assessments, progress notes, client care plans, discharge plans, etc. Ability to keep to deadlines and time restrictions Strong work ethic Commitment to agency and clients The ability to work independently, as well as with a team. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: - Experience as a mental health services consumer - Minimum one years of direct service experience within a behavioral health setting is required - Licensure Required (LMFT, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist) - Must be CPR, First Aid certified within 30 days of employment and maintain current certification throughout employment - Must pass criminal background check and professional license verification
