LFOD is mantra: Live Free or Die. We create apparel in celebration of this lifestyle and all those who embody it, from artists to adventurers. We just passed our one-year anniversary and are looking to hire our first sales employee as we continue to grow throughout the summer. Our clothes are comfortable, durable, and worn with pride by individuals from all walks of life.
Who Are We Looking For?
We?re looking for someone who?s enthusiastic about our message and eager to share it with others. He or she will possess strong communication and customer service skills, an independent work ethic, and an eye for detail. A high energy level and commitment to professional growth are important, as is the ability to attend events across New Hampshire. The ideal candidate will be reliable, committed, and interested in pursuing a career in retail sales. He or she will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment interacting with a wide variety of people.
What Will You Be Doing?
We have a strong online presence, but some of our most important connections are made in the real world. Our goal is to grow our presence in the market by increasing the number of events we attend throughout the summer and into next year. As the face of our company, you will be crucial to facilitating this growth by interacting with new communities and effectively communicating our brand to potential customers. This will involve setting up our booth, maintaining its appearance throughout the course of an event, handing out promotional materials, and actively engaging passersby. When completing sales, you will be responsible for recording transactions & handling cash/credit payments. You will ensure that best practices are followed, but also identify areas for improvement as we grow.

Hourly compensation will be based upon experience, but will include commission. Additional benefits include mileage reimbursement and free LFOD Apparel.
Tasks:
Assist in setting up booth and maintaining effective product display
Engage with potential customers & build relationships
Present apparel and lifestyle in a knowledgeable and appealing manner
Ensure smooth transactions with customers, including upselling and promotions
Handle cash and credit transactions
Accurately track event sales
Distribute promotional materials
Take photos of customers for promotion on social media
Follow current best practices and identify areas for improvement
Additional Qualifications
Reliable transportation
Cell phone required
18+ Preferred
High School Diploma
Able to work weekends
Able to stand for long periods of time
Able to comfortably lift 25-50 lbs
Retail experience is a plus
