Accounting Manager Job Opening in Portland, Maine - Full Time M-F 8-5
Prior verifiable experience with Quickbooks
Daily Payment processing
Tracking deductibles of clients
Starting payment plans as dictated by admissions staff
Notary (Preferable)
Cutting weekly checks and correctly assigning them to accounts
Bi-Weekly payroll with a staff of 22
Work with Program Director weekly to find cost savings and implement new strategies
Control the credit cards and loose checks
Collect rent from clients
Make daily deposits
Communicate via email with our billing company on a daily basis in regards to payments received
Generate weekly expense and income reports to send to ownership
Buy items online with approval
Collect all receipts from staff
Track time off with staff and account accordingly
1-2 Years of prior experience in
Mature, confidential individual that can produce accurate work and keep it to themselves and ownership
Attend meetings on site as needed
BA strongly suggested
