CPA Firm Administrative Assistant Job Opening in Portland, Maine - Albin Randall & Bennett is seeking an experienced administrative assistant.
The desire and aptitude to learn new software applications specific to the public accounting industries is vital.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite applications: Word, Excel, and Power Point
Prior experience using Adobe is very helpful.
Administrative staff are continuously learning and providing exemplary client service.
Prior experience in financial services, or related industries is desirable.
Maintaining focus, multi tasking, and time management are essential skills.
Administrative Assistant duties include : preparation of client and firm deliverables such as proposals, presentations, reports and spreadsheets.
Processing tax returns to be sent to clients including scanning, collating and binding.
Preparation and formatting of financial statements, engagement letters, representation letters and management reports .
Additional Duties include: a nswering a multi line phone system, mail distribution, o rdering office supplies .
Position requires the availability to work overtime and Saturdays during January-April.
