Rock-Star Inside Sales Executive Job Opening in Westlake Village, California - NINJIO is a first of its kind I.T. security company. We focus on changing human behavior instead of focusing on technology to solve the massive I.T. security issues that we face every day. In short, we make cartoons that teach people how not to get hacked. We then license that content to companies as part of their Security Awareness Program. The sale itself is not difficult, but sales cycles can be long, as we typically work with larger companies. While we call this an ?Inside Sales? position, there is no ?Outside Sales? position, so you would be an equivalent in title with the other sales people we have now.
NINJIO is growing by double digits every month and is seeking a rock-star inside sales executive to contribute to our quick growth.
You are:
A Hunter who is driven by closing business and making money.
An amazing communicator over the phone. Almost all of our sales efforts are done over the phone.
Exceptional at communicating via email. You have great grammar skills and you can type quickly.
A wiz on a computer. Not the type of wiz that can break them down and rebuild them, but have a thorough understanding of the Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel and have that certain ?knack? to figure things out.
Loyal, honest, have a very strong work ethic, and will do whatever it takes to get the job done.
Willing to work your way up by doing amazing work, and proving yourself.
What you will be doing:
You will report directly to the CEO, but will be working with our entire team, who are all amazing individuals.
Working and building your network via and other social methods to garner interest in NINJIO. Other sales tools will be at your disposal. You will be your primary source of leads through these channels or others that you or the company identify.
Making presentations over the phone via and educating our prospective clients about NINJIO.
Documenting all your client interactions into our CRM system.
Working within our various tools like ConnectWise, ConnectWise Sell, RainKing, etc.)
Following up and moving the sales through the sales process.
ASKING FOR THE SALE. When you close business, you make money.
We expect that you will have great general computer skills on a PC (We use PC?s, not Macs). For those applications that we use that you haven?t been exposed to, we will provide you with the necessary training to be successful.
Education and Experience:
A bachelor?s degree would be great, but isn?t a necessity. We would like to see at least 2 years? experience in sales. Within the technology industry would be great, but not a necessity.
Travel: Some travel may be required to trade shows and the like. As the company grows, and depending on your success, more travel could be possible.
Compensation Model:
This is a full time non-exempt (hourly) position, which turns into a heavily commissioned position over the course of the first year (with hourly earnings still a component of the compensation plan). If you are selected to be interviewed, the Compensation model will be thoroughly explained in the first interview.
Hours and Location
Work hours are expected to be from 9AM ? 5:30PM, but we could be flexible here, such as coming in a half an hour earlier to leave a half an earlier, and vice versa. The position is located in Westlake Village, CA and you will be expected to perform your duties from our office. We have an ?open floor plan? with no cubicles. It is a great location with at least 10 lunch options that are walking distance from the office. We eat lunch as a team every Friday and lunch is provided by the company.
