This person will be responsible for supporting the purchasing department and assisting with inventory management, primarily in the evenings and on the weekends. Job Responsibilities: The Purchasing Assistant reports to the Vice President of Purchasing and job responsibilities include: ? Support the purchasing department ? General data entry ? Manage pricing on affiliate websites ? Assist with inventory management ? Scan & archive relevant documents ? Aide with shipping Job Requirements: ? Organized and detail-oriented ? Strong multi-tasking ability ? Reliable and self-motivated ? Able to work with limited supervision ? Devoted team player ? Ability to troubleshoot through problems ? Responsible and dependable ? Excellent driving record ? Good computer skills (particularly with regards to email and internet) ? Fun, upbeat and excited about new challenges and opportunities ?
