Certified Dental Assistant Job Opening in Los Lunas, New mexico - Are you looking for a new opportunity to grow in your career? You can be a part of a successful and growing dental organization. Familia Dental has a great opportunity for experienced Dental Assistants.
These are 30-40 hour per week positions. Our office is open Monday - Saturday.
Responsibilities for Dental Assistant include:
Sterilizes and disinfects instruments and equipment.
Prepares treatment rooms, instruments and tray setups for dental procedures.
Exposes and mounts dental diagnostic x-rays.
Assists the dentist during examinations and treatment procedures.
Records medical and dental histories and vital signs of patient.
Records treatment information in patient records.
Assists with other duties as needed
Requirements for the Dental Assistant include :
NM State Dental Assistant Certification required
Bilingual is a plus
At least one year of experience or equivalent coursework is required
Eaglesoft experience also a plus, but not required
CPR certification is a plus
