Job Responsibilities:
Provide overall leadership and management of the facility
Lead all day to day operations of the facility in accordance with federal, state and local standards and facility policies
Promote the highest degree of quality care for the residents
All potential candidates must have:
Minimum of 5 years as an Executive Director
Prior experience in staff development (i.e.: hiring, coaching, performance management, discipline and delegation)
Ability to handle multiple priorities
A proven track record in census and revenue growth, as well as experience managing budgets and controlling operational expenses
Competent in organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal skills and the ability to facilitate a group
