**must live within 20 miles of the Winston Salem area
This is an entry level position within our company with the ability for tremendous growth. The job involves answering a multiline telephone system, scheduling patients for office appointments, helping the patients at the appointment with forms and generally helping the appointment go well.
Patient Care Coordinators will work directly with patients throughout the day either in person or on the phone to help them with their hearing aids and /customer service experience is helpful in the position.
Requirements:
-Good, clear, strong voice
-positive, energetic, outgoing personality
-above average computer skills
-comfort and interest in working with elderly people
-must have at least an associates degree
-ability to pass a criminal/credit background check

Salary range of $12-15/hour depending on medical office experienc
